I don' t understand why cardio routines are the last thing they want to know about. Supplements and things to eat for added weight loss are what most want me to advise them on. Cardio is the single most important thing you must do to achieve maximum fat loss, no exceptions IMO.

4 times a week, at medium or high intesity for 30 or more minutes is the key. The original fat burner. Plus, it promotes wellness of the mind.

If you find yourself stalling in your fat loss, or you had to much on that cheat day... intensify you cardio routines!!

Nice tip. Back to the basics is something we all need to be reminded of occasionally.
