Those of you on a Keto diet, can you tell what protiens you guys use. I use 100% ON Whey but it contains carbs. Are there any "carbless" protien powders out there you guys would recommend?

Maybe, but they would taste terrible. I've never used 100% ON Whey but I'm assuming it's just a normal tub of whey protein? If so all tubs contain a little carbs per serving (Like 2g a serving) but it's nothing to worry about.

You probably won't be using much protein powder on keto anyway. You should get plenty protein from your meats, eggs, nuts, etc etc. If you overconsume protein, your body will convert it into glucose and can kick you out of keto. If you're only using the powder for PWO nutrition, those 3 grams of carbs aren't gonna make much difference.

Isopure whey protein isolate. It is expensive but I think it tastes great. I like the mint chocolate chip. 0 g carbs per serving.
