Carb refeeding

Hi, Im not familiar with how to use this forum but here goes nothing. I weigh 90 kg currently at 11% bodyfat trying to lean down to 8%. Im using a carb cycling technique. 3 day low carbs 1 day high. Currently eating 6 main meals (low GI natural complex carbs) a day and a shake before I sleep. However on the high carb days Im finding that the next day I look flatter and I look like Ive actually put on some fat. I always thought I was a little carb sensitive but I want another opinion. Anyone know how to optimally carb load? Can you have a lot of fruit as well as the complex sources??

are you trying to gain mass and lose bf? you'll struggle. i know thats not helping or answering your question... but i'd either cut or bulk. not a combination. post this in the nutrition section, for more opinions

Carbs from fruit is mostly sugar I think which would mean it is not a complex carb. I've not tried carb cycling, but if your feeling like that I can only suggest you don't have a high carb day. Instead have low carbs everyday, so start your day with your carbs and decrease the amount of carbs in your meal towards the end of the day and stick to wholewheats for stuff like bread and pasta :)

yes fruit is definately a simple carb. oats are the proven healthiest complex carb. dont have white pasta. everything whole grain.
