If you can stick to that long term, wow.
The only thing that really sticks out to me is that your eggs were yolkless.  Why?  You don't need to cut out all the yolks.  Even if you used a 4 whites to 1 yolk ratio, you would get more nutrition out of it.
Egg white: 17 cals, .1g fat, 3.6g protein
Whole egg: 54 cals, 3.7g fat, 4.7g protein
just with those number it looks easy to choose the whites, but there is a very nice nutrient spectrum in the yolk that the whites just can't give you alone.

Heh, just 8 weeks, man. I will change stuff up a little bit after I assess the results.

The only reason why I avoid the yolks is that it gives me pimples.

youre not eating enough fat.  when fat intake falls below 30% of your macros, your testosterone levels will decrease.  You need more on low carb days to keep you feeling full too.

I know, right? I thought the same when setting it up. CT from T-Nation suggested not changing protein or fat after figuring ratios. I don't think extra fish oil supplementation will hurt though, do you?
