I'm not a total veggie but after a while I just cant eat any more meat or fish. If I keep my cals down can I still keep dropping weight and body fat even if its higher on carbs and lower on protein? I'd really like to hear all thoughts and suggestions.

Does anyone know a good kind of fish to grill? easy to prepare but doesnt taste boring?

as long as u still get a reasonable amount of protien y ou shoudl be fine look at vegeep his ripped as hell and hes a vegitarian carbs esecialy from veggies are not the enemy there your friend

i love the taste of fish so all ways to prepare them are yummy

Certain carbs can even help lose fat- Anything that's whole grain or whole wheat is a good way to go- My personal favorite is whole grain brown rice, it's an excellent slow burning carb- Takes longer for your body to digest, so your body's burning more calories through digestion for a longer period of time. Also, you get more energy from it over a longer period of time.

AND!

If you read Twin Peak's Carb Cycling article, you can really cut body fat with a zig zag style carb tweaking.  It's advanced and all but you simply asked "can you cut body fat % via carbs" and the answer is YES!

Carb manipulation is very popular among body builders who are preparing for a contest and need to get ultra-ripped and lean for a show.

Some bodybuilders a week out will almost be 100% protein and nearly 0 carbs for hardcore manipulation.

Not something I would suggest to you but I'm just debating all the angles.

If your calories consumed just below your maintenance.
If you eat 5-6 times a day
IF you do not consume too little protein and lose muscle.
If your choice of carbs are good.
If you challenge muscle in a progressive fashion
If you do not lower calories too much
If nothing else gets in the way of fat burning...

...Then the answer is yes.
