Ok first off i know how important eating right is and all that. Problem is, i am a truck driver so cooking proper meals isn't really an option for me. My question is can i use a mrp such as AST Nytro Pro 40 to help supplement my current eating habbits? Basically something along the lines of meals like 1.MRP 2. Prot shake 3. MRP 4. Prot Shake 5. MRP Now i am not saying that this would be all i would eat it's just that i want to make sure i am getting proper nutrition levels with what i am able to eat while on the go (subway etc). So i would have some normal food crammed in between all that. A little info on myself is that i am 28 years old and the current supps i use are No-Xplode, Cellmass, Animal Pack and Muscle Milk. I am also one of those freaks that can eat anything and never gain weight. To give you an example i once did a test of nothing but fast food for a month and ate 2 full Sara Lee banana cream pies by myself each week for a month and gained a total of 2 lbs ( i am 5'10 151lbs). Part of it is due to my job because when not driving i move about 15,000 lbs in 400 pound intervals on a 2 wheeler up and down ramps, stairs etc each day. So i am guessing i burn through my fair share of calories. Obviosly i wouldn't mind adding a little bulk but at the moment i am just trying to make sure that my body is at least somewhat getting the proper nutrition that it needs. Thx for any advice.

You will get sick and make nio gains eating like that. Actually people have died from eating like that. Don't use your job as an excuse for poor eatiing. I worked on the road for years and ate great, it's easy.

you cant expect to get any gains like that. just because they are meal replacement shakes doesnt nesscersary mean they have everything that regular food has my suggestion. 1. small breakfast 2. protein shake with skim milk 3. lunch 4. protein shake 5. dinner 6. meal replacement i dont know how long or if your home at all but packing a lunch or dinner isnt a bad idea. try boiling or grilling a chicken breast for dinner the next day and having a turkey sandwich for lunch. 5'10 174 8% bodyfat goal: bench 2x bodywieght

What about the cost? I mean, MRP's ain't cheep!! Plus, there really isn't much better than real nutrients.
