Can i rid the last bit of fat in Mid-Section??? - Thursday, April 26, 2007 3:18 PM
Can i possibly lost that last 5 lbs or so of fat in the Mid-Section??? I have lost 70 lbs and am actually pretty cut everywhere on my body minus the mid to lower section. Not much fat there, but dot as much definition as i would like. What to do.

I have been eating nothing but fish, chicken breasts, egg whites, and some carbs like (3 "light" hamburgur buns ) a day for about 7 months now. People tell me im too skinny now, but i want to be really ripped.

whoa sounds like me a few years ago. first of all u need to eat more and have a more balanced diet between protein carbs and fats. u eat barely any carbs and no fat at all which is a definite problem. if ppl are telling u ur too thin u probablly are. i used to think i wasnt too thin but people told me i was. i just wanted to "lose that last bit of gut" so i could get my abs to show more and have a 6 pack and i didnt even realize how skinny my arms and legs got. now im alot bigger but my forearms are still skinny as hell as a result of letting myself get to thin.

whats ur wieght and hieght?
