I have my program and I do some weights that are from 100-140 lbs and Im only 14.4 years old and I my weight is 134 lbs. I just asked this to make sure it dose't cause growth probelms

you shouldnt have any problems, it wont stunt your growth, just be really careful with what you do, dont try showin off with weights too heavy for you. Your old enough to workout with weights

no its wont stop your growth at all. i agree with 8pack, dont lift to showoff start light.
