as long as u don't tell them how old ur you'll be fine. they say u have to be 18 but it's hard to tell if someones 18 by just looking at them and in the stores I go to they don't even ask.

They won't ask but incase they do this always works. I've never been asked, and I am also friends witht he manager who knows I'm 16 but still sells it to me. I only have my school id on me; Then they will ask your birthday and make yourself born 1-2 years before you were to make yoruself 18. As long as you don't think before you say your birthday youll be fine.

That is absolute, patent B.S. Any GNC store owner who witholds the sale of a supplement on the basis of age needs to be reported to the FTC. There is no such thing as a legal age limit for purchasing vitamins, creatine, protein, or anything else GNC sells. They're not a flippin' pharmacy, and they're not law enforcement. Tell your GNC manager to produce the mandate indicating it's illegal to sell creatine to someone under 16. I guarantee you, they don't have one, and if they do, it's a policy they made up on their own. In that case, go to Wal-Mart.

Ha! I stand corrected, Wal-Mart does indeed have a "do not sell to minors" policy. No matter, my point holds: There are no federal or state laws prohibiting the sale of creatine to minors. If a company wants to injure their business by limiting sales to individuals over 18, it is ultimately their decision. My advice, find an outlet that doesn't pride themselves on enforcing non-existent laws. Or get an 18 year old friend to buy it for you. Unlike booze or smokes, they're not going to get in any trouble for it. Retailers ought to stick to policing sales of products that the state and federal government requires them to, and leave the parenting to parents.
