cody wrrle where are the deadlifts! not doing deadlifts as i had lower back problem due to heavy lifting. that lower back problem was not due to heavy lifting. i can guarantee u it was from improper technique. heavy weight and great form is far less detrimental then low weight and bad form. u should try deads again just keep the weight low until u really have good form
Current: 19, 5'11", 190@7% bench:305 squat:370(atg) deadlift:475 Goals: 4plate squat, 5plate dead "obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated"

cody Are 2 days enough for doing deadlifts in a week? Doing deadlifts 2X per week is fine. You could adjust the volume and intensity as necessary. For example: have a high volume day, then a high intensity day. 3 X 10 = volume day 3 X 5 = intensity day Or you could just use the same scheme each workout. Up to you.
