Cell tech which is creatine in the morning b4 workout and b4 going to sleep, then cell mass post workout?

I wouldn't. Both have creatine so I would avoid that since your creatine intake may be too high. similar question

I wouldn't. Both have creatine so I would avoid that since your creatine intake may be too high.

any extra creatine is just excreted out in your urine. I wouldnt take those 2 together though because it may cause your head to explode from all that awesomeness...
