Can anyone give me a good 3day fully compound workout?

Just looking for a good compound workout that will help with muscle strength and flexibity. not trying to get bigger just get stronger overall ill be doing alot of cardio as well

^^^^in regards to that outline add cardio inbetween training sessions do 4x6 or 5x5 for the exercises add 5lbs everytime you complete rep/set scheme when you plateau drop is 3x3, repeat the same steps when you plateau drop it to 1x1, when get here update us, good luck
