Just looking for a good compound workout that will help with muscle strength and flexibity. not trying to get bigger just get stronger overall ill be doing alot of cardio as well

Day 1
1) Bench Press
2) Incline Press
3) Barbell Row

Day 3
1) Deadlift
2) OHP
3) Pullup

Day 5
1) Squat
2) Lunges
3) Stiff-leg deadlift

^^^^in regards to that outline

add cardio inbetween training sessions
 
do 4x6 or 5x5 for the exercises

add 5lbs everytime you complete rep/set scheme

when you plateau drop is 3x3, repeat the same steps

when you plateau drop it to 1x1, when get here update us, good luck
