Can I go to gym? Lower/Middle Back Pain from Boxe Training

Hey guys. Yesterday was my first day at boxe training. It was intense. We begin by running, left-right, forward-backward and so. Then we do push ups. Then we punch bags. At the end we do like 300 different kind of abs. Thing is I think I strained too much my lower back on push ups and in some abs. I'm on the next day and I really feel the pain. Question is... Can I do any workout exercise today or in the next days, or only when the pain is gone? The pain is like, I can't do squat without any weight that I feel my back... Even when I get up from sitting I feel it. So, thought?
