Can Anyone Explain This?
-
Saturday, August 26, 2006 9:12 PM
Ok, well i cut for about 2 weeks earlier in the summer, and it was not a VERY strict cut, but i did fairly well. Then i was sick for a few days and didnt eat ANYTHING. Then i went on a trip and ate mostly salads, but also some fast food thrown in for a week. After that for the next 2 weeks i ate just whatever, but i noticed my appetite was a lot less than it normally was. By this time, i had lost 6 lbs and was down from 204 to 198. Now, after those 2 weeks ended, football started. We had 2 a days from 11:45-6:45 with an hr lunch break in the middle. The practices were tough, but after each one i would eat fast food or some top ramen (I Know, i blew it). I would only eat once or twice a day (right after practice and late at night, like 11pm, nothing in the morning, i would feel sick). This sounds TERRIBLE right? The worst you can possibly do. And since then (its now been 3 weeks of football) and now my weight is at 189 (9 lbs below 3 weeks ago). And ive been eating the ****tiest stuff i could eat in the worst way possible... Can ANYONE explain this? I dont have calipers so i dont know how much of it is body fat, but i can definatley see some loss of fat in my stomach and chest. I dont think much of it is water either. Its really weird, i've had this happen before too.. 2 years ago, i had to lose 20 lbs to play football (in like 2 months). And i remember i ate really healthy for a few weeks but then i started slipping and didnt eat that strict of a diet, and i lost all the weight i needed in the last month rather than when i was cutting hard.
