I recently started using a NO product, and I have started to cramp in my calves. Has anyone ever had this happen from a nitric oxide product?

Drink more water. What are you doing after you work your calves? Reason why I ask is because when I work my calves, I have learned not to ride the bike because that cramps the Sh*t outta my calves.

I drink about a gallon a day. Usually, I work out so late (9 - 10 pm), that I just go to bed. When I wake up, my calves feel as solid as a baseball bat...sad thing is, I have skin legs. Do you know of anyone that's taken TZ3 by SciFit?

It seems to be from the 3 mile walks I take at lunch. I stopped for a few days and there are no issues. What sups do you take?

Right now, I'm stacking Strom, Xtend, and Nitro Explosion as my pre-workout and Cell-Mass with some extra l-glutamine post. Sometimes I throw in a fat burner (Lipo-6) about 30 minutes before i take my pre-workout stack. As far as protein goes, Optibol and Nitro-Tech. You?
