i have a question regarding "activity multipliers" while trying to figure out how many calories you should consume.  I understand you multiply your BMR by 1.375 if you perform "light exercise" 1-3 times a week, and by 1.55 if you perform "moderate exercise" 3-5 a week.

my question is: how does one define "light" and "moderate" excercise?

I work out 5 times a week.  I lift 3 out of those 5 days, and do 20-30 minutes of cardio each time i go to the gym (burning a total of 320 calories from just cardio alone).  I have a very small gym in my apartment complex, so lifting only takes me about 20-30 minutes.  as such, what should i multipy my BMR by to get an accurate picture of my daily caloric needs?

thanks in advance!
