Alright guys, I just ordered a caliper online after going to every single pharmacy in town. After I ordered it I realized I dont even know if Im going to need someone else to measure me? Can I do it myself?

yes you can, measure waist, hips, chest, bicep, tricep, neck. you can just do a few spots but when i used to do it, i wanted to cover every angle i could get just for my own personal records.

simply google for a site that will tell you exactly where to measure on your body and will have a place to put in your measurements and calculate your BMI...try this site...may help
