Hey i was just wondering what u do exactly to calculate ur 1 rep max? like when every1 writes how they calculate theirs they have all these warmup sets and i wonder what percentages and rep ranges of ur expected 1 rep max these r supposed to be and aso how much break u take inbetween? thanks in advance.

Yeah I know about those things but what I am asking is how u work out the numbers and sets/reps to warmup with if u plan on calculating it urself.

theres not just one way to warm up but u could try doing a sets of 5 at 50%, 62.5%,75%, maybe 87.5% and then doing your 1RM
