wondering what supplements you would recomend for the following uses ?

just wondrin do u think i should trim down a bit and then pack on some mas (mostly muscle im hoping) lol

(get some deffinition happening first)


or to jump strait into the mas?

dude it's called protein protein protein. All you need at your age is fodd and food and guess what more food! Lay off the creatine until you get a lilttle older like around 18. I guess you can take some whey protein.

You've got nothing to trim down. Just eat and lift and eat and lift. If you can't put on weight, eat more. Squat, bench, deadlift, row.

1) eat
2) lift
3) sleep
repeat.

You get the idea.
