CUTTING DIET

ive bulked for about 4 months, mid december to begininng of may. i went from 133-135 to 157-159 my calipers say i went from 118 LBM to 133LBM, but i know a lot is waterweight so im not satisfied at all as i gained so much fat and kept diet extremely clean and didnt cheat often, and strength didnt increase THAT much either... but yeah i want to go get bigger but i have too much fat on me now i dont like it cant see abs anymore i forgot what they look like loool (calipers say im 13-14% only, but i feel more cuz i went from 31" waist to almost 36") so im gonna cut for the summer, im endomorph and ive nevr seen lower abs before hopefully il achieve it this time so this is my diet now NON-WORKOUT DAYS (monday and friday) meal 1 50 carb 47 protein 11 fat (oatmeal shake peanutbutter whey) meal 2 45 carb 35 protein 6 fat tuna sandwich> at skewl so cant eat oats lol meal 3 40 carb 35 protein 11 fat (oatmeal, 1yolk 5 whites, sometimesveggies,) meal 4 40 carb 35 protein 11 fat (SHAKE same as meal 1, less portion) meal 5 35 carb 29 protein 11 fat (dinner,chicken+veggie+i make brown rice or oats) meal 6 30 carb 29 protein 11 fat (leftovers meal 5 or ill open another tuna lol) WORKOUT DAYS meal 1 60 carb 47 protein 11 fat (same as non workout day bigger portion) meal 2 45 carb 35 protein 11 fat (same as non workout + almonds) meal 3 53 carb 35 protein 11 fat (same as non workout more oatmeal) meal 4 40 carb 25 protein 15 fat (PREWORKOUT, oats, .8scoopwhey, pb) meal 5 12 carb 40 protein 2 fat (POSTWORKOUT, whey+soy milk) meal 6 30 carb 28 protein 11 fat (same as MEAL 5 non workout) The reason the carbs and fat are all over the place in workout days is because in my Post workout meal i cant have balnced amount of carbs and fat. these calories are 2400 ive been doing this for a week, have kept arm size and stomach more defined definitly what i plan on doing is I WAS EATING AT 2900 CALORIES BEFORE im starting at maintenance calories and gonna slowly work my way down, if i go 500 before maiintenance now ill lose like 4 lbs in one week lol ratios are 40C/35P/25 FAT ROUTINE IM FOLLOWING saturday chest, rear deltoid flat bench incline bench (sometimes decline bench) dumbell flyes/cable crossovers bent over lateral raises machine reverse flyes ABS (side raises, cable crunches, leg raises) sunday back deadlifts barbell rows pullups monday OFF tuesday legs squats machine leg raises machine hamstrings/walking lunges CALF RAISES (not really i just hold heavy barbell and go on tippy toes lol) ABS (2 different types of weighted crunches, side bends, leg raises) wednesday deltoids standing military press standing side laterals bent over laterals shrugs thursday Bicep/Tricep Pulldowns Tricep extensions i believe their called lol close grip bench barbell curls dumbell alternating curls hammer curls friday CARDIO sorry for such a long post, please give me some advice tell me what needs changing or anything ;)

31in. waist to a 36?? damn, how do u look as far as leanness is concerned? can u see ur abs at all when flexing? according to ur calipers u gained 15lb. of muscle and 7lb. of fat which isnt horrible, i think u said ur an endo so 2:1 ratio of muscle to fat isnt bad but its not that great either.

the waist will come down a few inches right off the bat from water weight. Mine went from 35 to 32 1/2 in like 2-3 days.

i can see my upper abs when flexing but my stomach looks weird right now because i have a lot of fat on my lower back if you look at me in a t-shirt you would never guess im fat basically lol, my chest is somewhat defined, anyways ill post pics soon maybe or a couple days. im not a toned beast like rollingstone and also im only 16 i measured my waist just now im 35" but only had 1 meal today

Mine went from 35 to 32 1/2 in like 2-3 days. damn 35in? i have thought that ur waist is pretty wide from ur pics so i guess thats it, i'm surprised it drops so much so quickly though, were those measured at the same time of the day?

I'm suffering from the exact same thing. Same body build almost. 5'8 172lbs. I'm going on a 2000 cal diet this week and see if I can make progress. But yeah, I tell people I'm trying to drop 10lbs and they're like why? BUt it's all in my lower back and sides.
