well i think i can do another 10 lbs. on deadlift. next time i think i can do an extra 5 on squat. and i should be able to put up 290-295 on bench. gonna try to get absolute maxes all done before i get into HST.

wasn't a gen ed, it was something for marketing. meh, it was easy enough.

as in my other thread, i'm pretty satisfied with where i am, so i'm not feelin it so much in the gym. regardless i still busted my ass as best i could and got a new PR for bench, 290. was easy. can put up 295 or maybe 300 next week.

nice strength on the bench, you should aim for 400! Then you could really be a beast.  On a side note, marketing classes are easy and boring.

My last two years of school I stopped skipping classes, pretty much made every one. My last marketing class this girl, sort of cute, would sit next to me usually, but any time she laughed she would snort, out loud and the whole class could hear it.  So that was my goal each day was get her to laugh and embarrass the crap out of her.

sort of took a deload week. skipped thursday, hit back on friday, then went with nothing til yesterday. just getting back into it now and i feel weaker from just that.

tonight: trained like a mother ****er. 245x20 on squats. did a few other things but breathing squats really destroy me... obviously. still lookin forward to putting some more weight on the bar. gonna see how high i can go and then go back to something not so intense so i can do a bit more volume on my legs

didn't hit the gym tonight, but want to remember to train how i used to. lots of heavy squats, TONS of pullups - entire workouts dedicated to all variations, lots of dumbell work. saw lots of progress last year like this and feel like after a few months of switching it up i'm ready to get back to it.
