ok i started to take creatine and obviously u cannot work out 7 day a week. i do 4 days at minimum. should i take the creatine for the 7 days or just the days i am going to work out?????

7 days.

Start with a loading phase of 5 days, and then start maintanance.
to make it simple (though it varies with the particular creatine your using) take 2 teaspoon for 5 days and then drop down to 1 teaspoon a day.

take it for all 7 days, stopping for 3 days just confuses your body, and you wont get maximal results. I dont have teh time right now, but when i can i'll give you a link on proper dosage and such.

Take the creatine in the morning upon waking up on non workout days, and on workout days, take it post workout with dextrose or sugar.

hey everyone im new to this site and even newer to creatine. im taking liquid creatine ATP and was wondering about the dosages and what can happen if i exceede the dosage, it supposd to be 5 drops before the workout but i sometimes do 15 and other times i dont even count, pleas inform me of the dangers and also give me healthy solutions on how to make the best of my creatine. thanx a lot waiting inpatiantly for your responce.

Liquid creatine is a huge scam. The amount of creatine in that bottle is so low that if you took the whole thing you might get like 2g.

This is just one company that has been fined. But all liquid creatine is bunk. You'd be better off just getting regular creatine monohydrate and making your own transport. Cheaper for you and it's stable.

Totally concur, boss. I've got a 2kg tub of micronized powder Creatine ($40) that I take a rounded teaspoon of in a glass of Cranberry or Grape juice directly after my workout every day. On days off I take it whenever, just not right after citrus juice. It works just fine, and I can tell it's working. Creatine is not a mystery puzzle; it has obvious signs to let you know it is functioning as advertised. You do not have to spend $$$ to get this performance, either. Don't let the supplement companies fool you into supporting their latest BS with your hard-earned cash. There's already enough suckers out there doing that for you.

hey guys i am 6'1 i way 170 not fat but not skinny do not have much muscle mass i am looking to take off some fat and add some muscle at the same time i am taking ripped feul extreme cut and GNC greatine syrum is there anthing else i should be taking i am trying to get in better shape as quick as possible i am doing cardio for 30-45 min a day and working out 6-7 days a week i do two muscles each day. if you guys have any tips i would love to hear them

Yeah I know what glucose is :). I was ocnfused baoyut the "dextrose" term. Is it anopther form of sugar? Where do I find it?
