i keep cramping when i get into my bench pressing....its always my left side of my left thigh?
do u no why? is it lack of water or potassium....once again for some reason this only occurs when im bench pressing...

I wouldn't potassium load, but I would water load.  You should carry a bottle or container of filtered water and drink it throughout your workout.  You should be drinking between 8-12 glasses per day, more if you can.
 
As for the cramping.  I don't know why that's happening, unless you are flexing your thigh very hard as you press, to give your lift more power.
 
You should have a five point posture during bench pressing: butt on the bench, back on the bench, head on the bench, feet on the floor, not spread, but more into the core position.
