CLA - What does it do/How does it work ?

BF - 18.5
Supplements : 100% pure Whey,Opti-Vit, L-Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate ,Flax seed oil,CLA,BCAA's.

Bench - 75kg/165lbs
Squat - 100kg/220lbs
Deadlifts - 85kg/187lbs - Just started doing them !

Don't waste your money, if you eat enough meat your fine and it wont do jack.

I was told that it would assist in fat loss ?3 Pills 3 times a day till you reach your goal(weight) + training & cardio(Needless to say)

I'll let you know if it does anything,Didnt cost me alot luckily.R90=$9-10 for 90tabs

I am starting this stuff in a month or so, for my lean down for contest.

Ive been using this stuff for a few months now, ive increased my food intake and everything, and i havent gained any body fat really, i have those bodyfat calipers that say they r within 1% accurate, but i just use them to see if im gaining any fat and i measure the same spots everyday and havent gained any fat, i really think its the CLA that keeps my fat down, i take 1 cap before breakfast, lunch and dinner. idk about it increasing muscle mass but it definitely keeps my fat gain to a minimum.User Posted Image
