I've been reading up on this CKD diet and realized I did something very similar while i was in college. Difference being the fact that I didn't know I was doing it. I did body for life but at the time wasn't eating near enough calories for my activity level. Then, on saturday, i would eat everything i could get my hand on. Whole boxes of oatmeal cream pies! etc... Ended up losing about 35 lbs in 7 wks. I can't help but think some of those conditions are present in this CKD plan. I'm going to attempt to do this to a "T". This is my diet and I'm just wanting to be sure I'm doing it correctly! Bacon 2 hardboiled eggs 1 tbsp EV olive oil Lean ground beef shredded cheese fish oil eye of round steak EV olive oil Bacon fish oil Chicken breast fish oil cheese Bacon EV olive oil 1 hardboiled egg. Nutrition data is as follows 2195 calories 166.2 g fat 7 g Carbs 170.5 g Protein Am I missing anything or does this seem pretty basic?

RedJeep Veggies! ha ha... While this diet looks good on paper, two days of doing this and you will be sick of it. You have to add some veggies not for just nutritional reasons but also because they can bring variety. Also, take a good multi-vitamin and an antioxidant.
