i'm 14 and i'm seein good progress with pretty muc everything apart from my chest i want to add mass in general to it, especially my inner chest i usually do incline bench, normal and sumtimes decline as well as barbells ne1 know any good exercises or routines that can help it grow more

careful lifting heavy at your age, I hear it might not be so good for you... but anyway, throw some flies in there too or cable flies even... and you can vary them with the benches as well like incline flies or flat bench flies.

ORIGINAL: ANDY11 i want to add mass in general to it, especially my inner chest since there is only an upper and lower head of the chest you can not focus on the inner more than the outter. how your inner and outter chest grows is all up to your genetics. for gaining mass to your chest just stick with barbell presses and some db presses every once in a while. flat 3x10 incline 3x10 decline or dips 3x10

well i guess the first question i should ask is how many reps, how many sets, and how many times a week are you doing them? i train chest once a week i do 8-12 reps of usually 12 sets flat bench 3 sets incline bench 3 sets flat bb flies 3 sets incline bb flies 3 sets i spose thts a typical workout
