What would be better for post workout, Cross Flow Microfiltered or Standard Grade Hydrolyzed Whey, and is either a bad choice? I usually drink about 45g post workout.

Both are fine, one is *theroretically better* than the other. See www.proteincustomizer.com for good descriptions of the two, and quality yet cheap customized formulations.
