What would be better for post workout, Cross Flow Microfiltered or Standard Grade Hydrolyzed Whey, and is either a bad choice? I usually drink about 45g post workout.

Both are fine, one is *theroretically better* than the other.

The flitration process (ie cross flow) has little bearing on the integrity of the protein, it is just a way to clean it up in a sense.
