Luckily, I am a creatine responder.  I see fantastic strength and size gains without any stomach/bloating issues.  The down side for me with cre- monohydrate is that I get "puffy creatine face syndrome."

I have read reviews that testify to strength results from CEE products.  However, I have not read any that specifically talk about facial or overall "puffiness" from new creatine.

I would appreciate any personal experiences on the topic of esterified creatine "puffiness" or a link to other discussions which cover the topic.

thank you very much in advance

Wow???  NO ONE else has ever experienced a "puffy" face look while taking creatine?

Hmmm... did I post this question in the wrong forum maybe?

No and I mean no creatine now matter how much they advertize is bloat free. Mono while the worst offender of this def gave me the biggest bloat. CEE def gives much less bloat then mono but its still there slightly. I would say 1/3rd some people may not notice but since I have a bodyfat under 10 and usually have visible abdominals they have def become clouded within a wall of water, not too muc hand not as much as mono but it is there

Thank you for your response.  I had a hard time believing the "no bloat" hype and appreciate your honest response.

Sometimes I have difficultly knowing if someone is talking about upset stomach/cramping or surface water retention (which is what I'm more concerned about) when they discuss creatine "bloating."

Hypethetically, if a person is prone to cramping, diarrhea, and upset stomach with mono, will they be less likely to have these problems with CEE?
