I am about to purchase some Mono Creatine tomorrow, hopefully mono micronized if VS has some for cheap.

But I was looking at my pre-workout supp today SAN FIERCE and see that it has 4 g of CEE in it.

My question is, will the CEE creatine affect the Mono creatine that I will soon take?

Or should I buy the creatine after im done with my pre-workout supp and then the next time I buy a pws I get one without any creatine in it.

Carrhart, I take Anabolic Switch cycled with CE2 Hi-def by MRI aka CEE. Anabolic Switch contains both CEE and Mono so I would not worry about it. When I am on my 4 week cycle of Switch I take 14 grams of creatine per day, 7 grams b4 workout 7 grams after. You should be fine.

Preworkout Supplement- Try Black Powder by MRI, you will love it if you use Preworkout supplements.
