Well Ed Byrd was the guy who introduced the original Creatine, so if he's the one who introduces this product, does that make it the real deal? I just received my Physical magazine via GNC and this ad caught my attention. CE2 is supposed to be "total absorbing" creatine. I tried looking this up on the internet to absolutely no avail. I cant find any information whatsoever on it, so all I have to go on is the advertisement. Basically the idea is that regular creatine has a hard time penetrating your muscle tissue, so they "wait in line" (in your stomach) for their turn to enter the muscle. The problem there is that while its "waiting in line" in your stomach to enter your muscle, it supposedly disolves and you urinate it out. So supposedly you're only getting about 2% of the creatine your drinking. CE2 somehow, supposedly (i'm going to use this word a lot), coats the negative charged portion of the creatine, which in turn makes it stable in liquid, which means you get more of it. Also, regular creatine supposedly cannot pass through the bodys "lipidmembrane barriers" as well as this CE2 product can. Theres a diagram of a cell that shows about 100 regular creatine molecules or watever you want to call them, circuling a cell, and only very few entering the cell. The diagram of the CE2 however, shows a significant number of creatine molecules penetrating the cell. This has to do with the claim that CE2 is lipophilic, which supposedly lets it penetrate the membrane barriers of your muscle tissue. This is very interesting to me and I'm thinking on trying it solely on the basis that I'm assuming Ed Byrd is credible. I mean look what this article did. It actually TELLS you that of all the 5 grams of creatine you take, your body only absorbs .10 grams of it. Any thoughts on this? Is Ed Byrd creditable enough to warrant this supplement a try?

I've looked all over the net and did not find much information on this either. I did find a small bit of info up at the Universities website, but nothing worth mentioning. This has sparked my interest and if the standard creatine isn't doing all it can do I'd like to learn more. I do like a tablet over trying to mix this nasty gritty stuff in my grape juice.... Pal

Well Ed Byrd was the guy who introduced the original Creatine Most if not all industry experts will disagree with that. I think the only site that will agree is Ed Byrd's site. There is some truth to some of those statements. Something like Swole or V12 is a more efficient creatine transport system. You can make your own as well that will increase the absorption of creatine into your system. NO2 was introduced by Ed Byrd as well. But there's little research on that other then cool looking charts showing how much more nutrients you will be getting and linking pumps to muscle growth. Many companies jumped on that and sold exact products that were 10x cheaper. And as Powerhaus had said.. is NO2 really new or just a different way of packaging something? Personally, I'd hold off.. I've found many products to look cool and do absolutely nothing for me. While I did feel the effects of NO2 and SportPharma's Nitroxide.. I felt nothing when taking BSN's Nitrix Matrix. Nothing. It all depends. For this product, I'd skip it and go with something like V12 or another such transport. It's not really new.. and it's not cutting edge. It's just their version of a creatine transport system that has been done by some other companies successfully.

I'm pretty new to this game, but have been using the N02 for a couple of weeks now, following diet & workout guide, etc. NO2 is definitely working. People are already noticing larger, harder, more defined arms and a shrinking waistline. Given that, I'm definitely going to give CE2 the benefit of the doubt before passing judgement on it. As for information, you should be able to go to the N02 website (www.getn02.com) and call the toll free customer service line to request a book. It's very much like the one created for the N02 and should provide the information you seek. Aslo, the product should be available by the end of April and you can put yourself on a call list with the company (MRI). Hope this helps.

I'll tell you what type of NO2 you all should try. The transdermal cream. I ordered this stuff from Muscle extreme.com and I could not believe the results. The creme absorbs right into the muscle you are working out that day, and bypasses all the digestion paths of the oral capsule. It is called pump extreme if anyone is interested in trying it.
