    yep I know now I've Been doing my research and it's conjugated linoleic acids and from what I can tell it's good for you and it's the same as this http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133705&cp&sr=1&origkw=linoleic+acid&kw=linoleic+acid&parentPage=search

    almost seems to good to be true, site promises 20lbs of lean muscle in 30 days and you can gain muscle without even lifting.

    15 years old 6 feet tall 180 pounds
    goal:
    210 lbs by september.

        Hole in your wallet is a side-effect. It won't do what it says, it is a huge lie. Just purchase some from a legit company if you want to use it.

    C9-T11 is one of the compounds found in cla. It is the one that will make you gain muscle mass without the fat loss. If you could actually get this derivitive, PURE C9-T11, of cla it would cause great muscle gain. I have yet to get a response from the advertisers of the c9-t11 as to if it is the pure extract. cla has several compounds and is found in safflower and sunflower seed oil. t12 and t13 or 14 are also found in cla. They are responsible for fat loss. Does this stuff cause muscle gain, absolutely. Do you gain 20 lbs in a month, of course not. Does it cause fat loss, abolutely. Side effects are low dha levels in the heart and liver. So if you are using alot of it like five grans pers day, take 300 mgs of dha twice dialy. I HAVE A KILO OF THIS STUFF AND IT IS QUITE INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO WHAT THEY ARE SELLING IT FOR AT THE C9-T11 SITE. IF YOU WANT SOME REASONABLY PRICES, EMAIL ME. GNSHACKMAN@CHARTER.NET.
