Burnt out! - Wednesday, August 05, 2009 5:58 PM ( #1 )
I have come to the conclusion that I'm burnt out with the workouts. Not so much as overtraining the muscle, just a taxed out nervous system. I'm not 30 anymore! I have not taken a week off since April. I look at my logs and they read close to the same thing the last two months to the point of me not posting them in here.
I'll finish up this month, then I'm heading over to Europe for a break. I figure when I get back I can start a new routine and should feel alot better. Just going throught the motions now. I need a rest!

It's probably overreaching wetdawg, I doubt it's overtraining. Overtraining is something that takes too long to recuperate from.

If I were you I'd take a week off and go from there.

Thanks Guys! I can do a week off, not sure of two. I get antsie after 3 days off.
I've have made good gains up until two weeks ago. I hold some weight at the same , others have dropped a couple of pounds.
