Burning fat sweating to the oldies Kingyoto style. - Sunday, April 26, 2009 10:05 PM ( #1 )
Wow, guess who let themselves get fat? Kingyoto did, I hate that bastard, well short story short, I got fat and unmotivated, so it's time for me to get back in the gym and back into shape. I looking to go from 200lbs. to 180 over the next 8 or 9 weeks. I want to look good for summer so i'm getting back to working out and eating right.

I have a pretty simple routine
Monday: push
Tuesday:pull
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: push
Friday: pull
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: rest \
rinse
repeat

As far as diet goes, I am going for moderate  to high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs. something along the lines of:
Carbs: 35%
Protein: 40%
fat: 25%
Anyways I would be much obliged if someone wants to comment or offer advice, I might be posting some before pics this week.

I would suggest a

30% fat
40% protein
30% carb

one guy around here suggested that to me, I can't remember his username, and more dietary fat does help indeed. I was carb cycling though, so yeeah.

Awful day today, I felt too sick to go to the gym and I ate some horrible food, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I see where this is going to end up......lol. Only kidding man. Keep up the diet and get ure ass to the gym.

I was in the same predicament a couple of moths ago and am now well on the road to recovery.

All the best!

Well it official, i'm sick. Today was awful, I didn't eat much of anything and what I did eat was junk, I can't wait to get better so I can get back to the gym.

Still sick today, stayed home from school, but I felt better than yesterday, I plan to go to school tomorrow and hopefully start things up Monday.

FYI, I just went ton fitday.com to set things up to my news goals and they've made some awesome improvements to the site, it actually got me really pumped up for my goals, can't wait to get back to the gym. Goodnight.

Thanks redjeep, I don't know how recent the changes are though, seeing as I haven't been on there in quite some time.
