The great thing about this ebook is that it doesnt tell you anything new but tells it in a new way. Most of the stuff you know but you dont know why or the details. It explains everything in a clear concise way. I am at chapter 15 and i feel like it has changed the way i see food.
I wish I was on Holiday. Gad dam it.

Terri... It is a great book and I am glad you liked it. It's the 1st book I printed out and put in a binder. I refer to it all the time.

I am considering purchasing this ebook but I do not have a home computer. Can I download it from say a work computer or a public library computer and save it to a portable hard drive? Some ebooks only allow you to save on a single computer hard drive and I was wondering if BFFM was the same way.

You can do that. BFFM is just an Adobe PDF. It's NOT one of those books that only allow you to save on a single computer. You could download it and save it to a portable hard drive and have it printed out or take it to another computer as you suggested.

RE: Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle -The Review

Well.... I've hit a bit of a mild plateu... I've lost 92 pounds on my own thing with alot of feedback from various members on this site such as Z, DanM and Marc... Its about time I take this a bit further and invest in this book... My "tools" have been getting a bit dull lately and this should help me sharpen them back up and get down to the 20% BF I loath... I'll post how this works out as I go through the program.
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

MARC, Thanks so much for taking the time to review BFFM so thoroughly! I've been hesitating, as many here, to buy the book. But I know Venuto's reputation is excellent. You've helped me make up my mind, will get on this right away! Thanks again, Dedene

This is a really thorough review of the book. I already own it but I wondered what was being said about it so I could point other people who ask me about the program to something without giving away the farm.
