Okay so im 18 on friday,im a senior in high school, and i've been lifting for like 4-5 years. i weigh 155 pounds and i'm trying to gain as much weight as possible in the next few months. i also and competeing in powerlifting competitions over the winter. As of right now my only supplements are superpump250 and vitakic is my multivitamin. My diet is pretty random i'm in high school so i just make alot of sandwichs lol. i drink a ton of milk throughout the day. and post-workout i drink a milk out of a milk machine at my school. I'm getting a protein shake this weekend or soon.. today's workout: chest and triceps Bench press Barbell 5,5,3,3,3 170,185,195,205,205 to failure Decline barbell bench on smith machine 3X8 180,190,200 only got 6 on last two critique if you want i have a new powerlifting 4 day workout i'm starting next week this is just random lifts i put together pretty much weighted dips with 60 pound weight on belt 3X8 only got 5 on last one incide bench press 4x8 120,125,130,135 bench idk what it's called but you set the bar down and wait and second and then lift it back up lol did 3x5 135,135,135

Legs day: speed box squats 8x2 225x8 speed deadlift 3x1 of 60% max and 2 sets of 3 of 65% 185,185,185 205 205 calve raises 3x15 115,115,115 one legged leg extension machine 3x10 100X3 back extensions 3x10 abdominal twists 2x15 and 2x20 of sit ups with legs in air.

today i did BICEPS! started off with curls on a curl bar 5X8 65,75,85,95,105 did dumbbell curls and ins and outs on straight bar had subway after and alot of milk so far. got another meal in like 20 mins
