Hmm, first day back in about 4 months, went fairly light. Probably gonna be sore tomorrow anyways though lol.

Day off. Sore but actually feel pretty good, went for a short jog (around mile), took it easy just wanted to see if I still know how to run...

Wow. Best workout so far. Weights aren't exactly impressive but I'm coming off of a 4 month lay off so I'm not to worried about the wieght right now, it'll come back. Today was just a great workout, felt like my triceps were gonna explode and my chest had a solid pump goin...I'll definately be feelin this tomorrow, and lovin every second of it. Track team did come up there and take over for around 30 minutes so that kinds threw me off, but I just took that time to do my dips since they weren't using the bars...all in all, I'm lovin it. Smile

Just one of those damn days...Wake up late, truck wont start, late to a meeting, had an english report to write, get a TEXT from my girlfriend that just says, "we need to talk..." well we all know what that led to. She said she's tried before and she just can't do another long distance relationship. And it's weird but I REALLY liked this girl and this completely caught me off guard. So the day was just down hill from there, ending in FREAKING squats which I havent done in I dont know how long because of the back problems I always end up getting when I do them, but I'm starting out light and gonna slowly get back into doin' em. Anyways, yeah...

I have always had really bad shoulders, my right especially, so I'm taking them very lightly at first. Hopefully I'll build them up over time, but they always start killing me when I start liftin' heavy so I'll just take it easy for awhile and guess we'll see what happens.

6lbs in one week, jesus christ dude if i didnt know you the way i do id be posting 10ft neon wording of ROIDER lol.

But i know youre not, maybe youre a meso, but never ate enough for your genetics to fully work that way.

Either way keep up what youre doing, it seems to be working Smile

lol, well I went from probably eating 2250-2500 cals a day to ~4000 a day, and went from maybe a couple of cups of water to 3+ liters a day so...but hey, I'm not complainin, hopefully it'll keep coming...

Well, not a BAD day. Decent back workout, think I'm going to switch up the reverse flies for bent rows next week, and need to remember to do biceps before back. Seemed like by the time I got through one set of curls my arms were already shot.

Blah. Nearly skipped my workout. Had to go run sleds before hand for the offseason coach, and just felt sick to my stomach, killer headache, all that good stuff. Ran home to get some fluid in my and waited about 15 minutes before I made myself go back up to the weight room. 115?!?! Seriously, that alone made me sick. Think I will work with that until I get it up to 3x12 and then I'll bump it up to 135...which I use to 10 rep Smile...
