Week 1/ Day1 Current (3/5/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 132.5 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Shoulders Sitting Military Press - 3x12,10,8 @ 45 Straight Arm Lateral Raises - 3x12,10,10 @ 15 Front Raises - 2x10 @ 20 Traps Sitting DB Shrugs - 3x12 @ 45 Diamond Shrugs - 3x12 @ 135 Forearms DB Wrist Curls - 2x10 @ 35 Hmm, first day back in about 4 months, went fairly light. Probably gonna be sore tomorrow anyways though lol.

Week 1/ Day 2 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Back Deadlift - 3x12,10,10 @ 135 Reverse Flies - 3x12 @ 45 One Arm DB Rows - 3x12,12,10 Biceps Alt. DB Curls - 3x12,10,10 @ 35 Negative Straight Bar Curls - 2x10 @ 45 Concentration Curls - 1x8 @ 25

Weel 1/ Day 3 Current (3/7/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 135 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Day off. Sore but actually feel pretty good, went for a short jog (around mile), took it easy just wanted to see if I still know how to run...

Week 1/ Day 4 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Chest Flat DB Press - 3x12,12,10 @ 40 Decline DB Press - 1x10 @ 45, 2x10,8 @ 40 Incline DB Flies - 3x12,10,10 @ 25 Triceps Dips - 3x10,8,8 Straight Bar Skull Crushers - 3x12,10,8 @ 45 Tricep Kickbacks - 2x10 @ 20 Wow. Best workout so far. Weights aren't exactly impressive but I'm coming off of a 4 month lay off so I'm not to worried about the wieght right now, it'll come back. Today was just a great workout, felt like my triceps were gonna explode and my chest had a solid pump goin...I'll definately be feelin this tomorrow, and lovin every second of it. Track team did come up there and take over for around 30 minutes so that kinds threw me off, but I just took that time to do my dips since they weren't using the bars...all in all, I'm lovin it.

Week 1/ Day 5 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Legs Squat - 3x12 @ 115 DB Lunges - 2x10 @ 35 Calf Raises - 2x12 @ 135 Just one of those damn days...Wake up late, truck wont start, late to a meeting, had an english report to write, get a TEXT from my girlfriend that just says, "we need to talk..." well we all know what that led to. She said she's tried before and she just can't do another long distance relationship. And it's weird but I REALLY liked this girl and this completely caught me off guard. So the day was just down hill from there, ending in FREAKING squats which I havent done in I dont know how long because of the back problems I always end up getting when I do them, but I'm starting out light and gonna slowly get back into doin' em. Anyways, yeah...

lol, well I went from probably eating 2250-2500 cals a day to ~4000 a day, and went from maybe a couple of cups of water to 3+ liters a day so...but hey, I'm not complainin, hopefully it'll keep coming...

Week 2/ Day 2 Goal (4/30/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Back Wide Grip Pull-Ups - 3x6 Sitting Reverse Flies - 3x12 @ 40 Deadlift - 3x12 @ 135 Biceps Alt. DB Curls - 2x10 @ 30 Concentration Curls - 2x10 @ 25 Slow Straight Bar Curls - 1x10 Well, not a BAD day. Decent back workout, think I'm going to switch up the reverse flies for bent rows next week, and need to remember to do biceps before back. Seemed like by the time I got through one set of curls my arms were already shot.
