Ok my diet at the moment itsnt to bad but it isnt to good either pretty much just eat healthy most of the time no set meals or so on. But i really want to take it to another level so im going to post a diet i had in mind and any help would be greatly appreciated. im looking to gain serious size and strength a little fat doesnt bother me at the moment.( still want clean bulk though) Meal 1- 2 slices of wholmeal toast (peanut butter & honey), oatmeal, almonds Meal 2- Half a serve of weight gainer in milk(30g protein 30g carbs) Meal 3- 2 Chicken breasts, brown rice, large salad Meal 4- Full serve weight gainer in water(40g protein 40g carbs post workout) Meal 5- Chicken/fish wrap or rump steak, brown rice, veggies Meal 6- Cottage cheese or casein This will be same for whole week except Friday night cheat meal

MoNey ShOt Meal 1- 2 slices of wholmeal toast (peanut butter & honey), oatmeal, almonds You need protein in this, you already have one source of complex carbs --- oatmeal, so the toast should be optional. You need to add eggs in here. I didn't comment the rest because the rest looks good.

I would give a protein shake a try for the first meal. banana milk whey oatmeal
5'8.1" Age = 20 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

For protein, besides the fish and chicken, I'd add some good lean beef.

Thanks for the input guys. I will still snack on various fruits and nuts and milk through out the day when im on this diet.
