How crucial is the flax oil? Can I just eat a food that will give me this supplement? I am not too worried about fat I am 5' 11 170, pretty skinny.

Concidering fat makes up a portion of every cell in your body, I'd say its pretty crucial. Building muscle involves the creation of new muscle cells. If you dont supply those cells with the proper nutrition, they will be lagging. Also, good fats such as flax oil actually improve the permeability of cell membranes making it easier for nutrients to pass in and toxins out of the cell. The simple fact that the E in EFA stands for Essential should let you know just how crucial fat really is!!

Bah -- to flax oil.

If everyone replaced their flax oil with fish oil and sesamin oil, everyone would see dramatic changes in bodycomposition.

What times do you suggest the meals be taken at, would the following be suitable?

Meal 1 - 7AM
Meal 2 - 10AM
Meal 3 - 1PM
Meal 4 - 4 PM
Meal 5 - 7PM
Meal 6 - 10PM

Optimally, where would you fit a workout into this program, would you reccomend doing the workout at 7AM, AFTER meal 1?

Also, when you say "scoop" of protein, how much is 1 scoop? I think my protein scoops are total 25 grams in size (22 grams of protein), is this the same for you (and therefore you would be getting 66ish grams of protein in 3 scoops?)

Thanks,
Jez.
