After having to take a month off for work, back at it, starting my second bulk. about 154 lbs. tuesday night: bench: 10, 9, 7 @ 88 oh press: 3 x 10 @ 40 lat raises: 3 x 8 @ 15 deadlift: 3 x 10 @ 135 ? Thursday night: bench: 10, 8, 8 @ 88 rows: 3 x 8 @ 95 sldl: 3 x 8 @ 135

this morning: 159 lbs last night: finally got a rack! bench (barbell!): 7, 7, 6, 5 @ 90 squat (barbell!): 3 x 8 @ 90 - hit the back pretty hard, because I'm not used to this type. oh press: 3 x 8 @ 50 can't do any pulling motions because my right thumb is in a splint from a dog bite, so can't do rows, deadlifts, pullups, curls....

yesterday morning: 158.5 lbs night before last: bench (bb): 8,8,7 @ 90 rows: 2x8 @ 90, 8 @ 95 (mistake bumping this up) oh press: 3 x 8 @ 60 deadlift: 3 x 8 @ 145 (pretty rough on back, after those rows)

tonight: bench (bb): 3 x8 @ 90 yay! pullups: 7 x 2 oh press (db) : 8 @ 50, 2 x 8 @ 60 squat (bb): 2 x 8 @ 90, 10 @ 95. still low for my back & other stabilizers to catch up to my legs. concentration curls: 8 @ 20, 2 x 8 @ 25 2 sets of 30 bicycle crunches.

This morning: 163 lbs (taking a fair bit of benadryl, which I think makes me retain a fair bit of water) Last night: bench press (bb): 2 x 8 @ 90, 7 @ 95 pullups: 7 or 8 x 2 oh press (db): 3 x 8 @ 60 deadlift: 3 x 8 @ 145. hardest on my hands & wrists.

This morning: 163 lbs last night: bench (bb:) 2 x 8 @ 90, 8 @ 95. good. pullups - did these 2x yesterday first time 4x2, second 6 x 2 oh press: 3 x 8 @ 30. bump this to 3 x 10 next time, not quite ready for more weight squat: 8 @ 95, 8 @ 100, 8 @ 105. This is progressing nicely.
