bench: 8 @ 110, 2x7 @ 115
oh press: 8, 8, 7 @ 83 (got distracted)
squat: 3 x 8 @ 160
hammer curls: 3 x 8 @ 35.  can up this.
pullups & letdowns
bicycle crunches

oh press: 3x8 @ 83
pullups & letdowns

should have done deadlifts, but felt kind of wiped out.

seriously sick this week, missed one or two workouts.  ouch.
