tonight: bench: 8 @ 110, 2x7 @ 115 oh press: 8, 8, 7 @ 83 (got distracted) squat: 3 x 8 @ 160 hammer curls: 3 x 8 @ 35. can up this. pullups & letdowns bicycle crunches

this morning: 176.5 lbs last night: bench: 2x8@ 110, 8 @ 115 oh press: 3x8 @ 83 pullups & letdowns should have done deadlifts, but felt kind of wiped out.

this morning: 178.5 seriously sick this week, missed one or two workouts. ouch. last night: bench: 3 x 8 @ 110 oh press: 8, 7 , 7 @ 83 deadlift: 3 x8 @ 160 pullups/letdowns: 3x8 pushups.
