Hi everyone, I just started working-out and I’m looking for advice on supplements to build body mass. I weigh 160 pounds, I’m 6’4, 24 years of age and I’m extremely thin. I have been for many years, due to a very high metabolism. To give you an idea of how thin I am, take your index finger and thumb and rap-it around your rest, if you cannot then your no where near my size. Lol. Let me provide you with a more in-depth bio: I have a stomach problem know as GERD - (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) to be exact. I can’t eat any type of spicy food or anything acetic. I’m also a vegetarian; I do not take supplements, which something one should do when being a vegetarian. (Vegetarian for 5 years) I’m looking for an advice in regards what to eat and what supplements to take. Thanks! -Jay.
