SWEET.. dude.. you are on the way.. to a full fledged bucketman.

Eating every 2 hours is a good thing. While you aren't hungry, still a bit low on the calories.. 1500.. I'd shoot for 2000 at least. You don't want the metabolism to shut down.

Did you ever calculate what you needed using Djduhon's post?

Thx, i've always strived to be the best BucketMan I can be.

I was never any good at math, I read DjDuhon's post, but got lost... To much math, my head started to hurt.

Smile

Well.. my opinion is.. you ate a lot more before that.. decided to eat better and cut too much.

I don't think you are 235 lbs at 1500 calories a day...

Seems a bit low. I suck at math as well but for what you do.. 1500 calories seems low.

you like how I strategically placed the camera over my face in my pic? This is because a BucketMan must remain anonymous!

My point exactly..

You can't go from 3500 calories a day to 1500... too fast. Body goes into saving mode. Cut 500 off what you WERE eating.. not 1000.

I'm guessing at your intake but 1500 is less then me.. and less then my bro in law who's smaller then you. He actually lost weight at 2000 a day.

Eat more complex carbs and proteins. You need to get the metabolism to be a continual calorie burning machine.

Too much b-ball my man..

You are a lifter now.

Eat, sleep, train, repeat. Your only cardio is taking a shower or getting that first cup of coffee. Smile
