Traps are my favorite muscle.
You know, I put on about 85-100lbs in about 2 years... How's that for a bulk? lol
I was about 160-175lbs then I put on 30lbs of pure fat. Now up to about 200lbs. from there I put on about 60lbs of muscle. That is where I stand right now.
