Bsn Synthia and BSN Dessert

What is the difference between in two products
1) Bsn Synthia 6
2) Bsn Dessert
Both are proteins, which is suitable for me???

Both have their place, but i would use the bsn dessert for a shake 30 mins before working out and right before bed, since it has all the different proteins(but thats just me). They're pretty much the same thing, except with different bullshxt written on the label. stick to cottage cheese and casein.
