alright, thisisn't very original but o well. first a made some brown rice and some chicken. for the brwn rice i cooked 1 cup but u dont need that much for this i just have extra now . i think it was a 3oz. chicken breast. but anyway i put about 1/4 cup of the rice into a bowl with the chicken (cut into pieces) and threw in a handful of cashews and mixed it up. it tasted good and had good protein, carbs, and fats. to make it easier to read: 1 - 3oz. chicken breast 1/4 cup - brown rice 1 "handful" - Planter's cashew halves and pieces (lightly salted) - mix in a bowl or on a plate Calories = 470 Total Fat = 13g __sat. fat = 3.5g __trans fat = 0g __polyUnsat. fat = 2.5g __monoUnsat. fat = 7g Total Carb = 43g __fiber = 2g __sugar = 2g __other = 39g Protein = 37g the caloric values may not be 100% accurate because i got the chicken Nutrition facts online

See I could try to eat 3/4th a pound of chicken... but I could also not try to throw up =] I agree a quarter pound chicken breast would suite it perfectly

just a thought but have you even tred it with unrosted shoped almonds, sprinkle it on top before cooking, i think it would taste great, and the fat that you get from the nut would also be better then planters.
