Has a tiny bit of a wheat (or grain) taste in my opinion. And is way less sticky then white rice.

Is white rice just as healthy?

I just started incorporating Brown rice into my diet. I bought Trader Joe's Brown Basmati Rice. It tastes just fine. I'm going to eat that from now on.

yeah, brown rice has a glycemic index that is lower than regular rice. Doesn't cause as much of an insulin spike. Jim
