i 'm a 15y old guy who has been commitedly working out and building my muscle and strenght for a good 6-7 months. yesterday i broke my hand and will be in a cast for the next 4-6 weeks. after working so hard for so long how much (upper body) muscle am i likely lose during this time?how long will it take to gain it back? since i will not be able to workout my upper body(aside from core) is there any way to slow the atrophy of my arms, chest, shoulders and back?

ORIGINAL: Taytay steriods lol. all funny business aside though, i do not believe there is anything you can really do but 6 weeks is not neccessarily long. Think like this take one of the 6 weeks as a off week, now u have 5 weeks left. then its time especially to watch your diet, and maybe focus on legs, cardio, and aerobic exercise during the time you would have been in the gym anyway. just dont stop going because you may get lazy and extremely unfocused to start lifting again. 2 month goes by tooo quick.
