I have hear alot of people move the rear delt fly and raise to back day since that is one of the target helping muscles anyway. I work it on back day just because its already warmed up from db & bb rows.
Life's only limitations are the ones you place on yourself, push through your physical restraints with mental positivity and you can accomplish everything!

I work it on back day just because its already warmed up from db & bb rows. Yea, a lot of people do that... that's how Dorian Yates used to train his rear delts. I guess it's all prefernce.

I do seated bent over DB raised for my delts. They've almost doubled in size since I've been working on them. kFor lat raises its important to keep a slight bend in the elbow but not too much to form an L. Haveing your pinky face upwards (like pouring a glass of water) allows you to lead very slightly with your elbow reduceing forearm/wrist stress.
