Includes Muscle Gain Diet, Supplement Reviews, Workouts & Access to the Muscle Building Nutrition Private Members Area

Formerly Known As: Muscle Building Nutrition

Who wrote it:

Will Brink

Why he wrote it:

To inform athletes about their muscle burning nutritional needs and the complex anabolic processes that can rapidly increase muscle mass and reduce fat.. He also provides key information about a plethora of bodybuilding supplements, and a special section by Charles Poliquin for developing a personalized workout plan.

How it’s structured:

This book contains three parts, all related to some aspect of the right nutrition for bodybuilders and athletes. Will Brink shows the important relationship between food and muscle building as well as how to burn calories more efficiently to lose extra fat.

The first section, “Anabolic Nutrition,” talks about nutritional relationships among food groups, and which ones are most important to those who want to lose fat and build muscle. The three most important groups for bodybuilders are proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, but athletes should eat balanced meals from all the food groups. You will find out how many calories you need each day, which food groups to get those calories from, and how to balance meals and eating times to get maximum benefits from your eating plan.

“Bodybuilding Supplement Review Guide” is the second section of this book, which offers a comprehensive look at many of the advertised supplements available today. Many bodybuilders use one or more of these products to try and build lean muscle mass. But what you don’t know can hurt you, which is why you have to spend some time in this part of the book learning what supplements should and should not do, which ones are safe and which to avoid, and how to integrate them into your eating plan.

This part of the ebook is a goldmine of information. Where else can you find unbiased reviews of the major bodybuilding supplements on the market today? And because Will Brink doesn’t sell any of these products you can read the information knowing that his honest opinion informs every page.
Will takes you through the supplements one by one so you can be a better-informed consumer and know what you’re getting into with each supplement product. And all of the information contained in this section of the book is based on pure scientific fact.

The time it would take to research all this information yourself is worth the cover price all by itself – with Muscle Building Nutrition all the knowledge you need to build muscle and stay healthy is right at your fingertips. Why would you waste your precious time searching for supplement information when you can get all the expert information you need right on your computer?

Will Brink has full supplement reviews for the folllowing plus over 300 brand name supplement reviews in the members area.
  • "Andro" supplement (prohormones)
  • Arginine
  • BCAA's
  • Colostrum
  • Chromium
  • CLA
  • Creatine
  • Chrysin
  • Carnitine
  • Calcium
  • Ecdysterone
  • Glutamine
  • Ginseng
  • HMB
  • KIC
  • 7-Keto
  • MCT's
  • Maca
  • Methoxy
  • PS
  • Ribose
  • SP
  • Tyrosine
  • Taurine
  • Tribulus
  • Vit. C
  • Vit. E
  • Whey protein
  • ZMA
And of course, Will posts frequent updates under “new product updates” in the MBN Member’s Zone (which you gain access to with the purchase of the book) so you will always be in the know when it comes to the latest supplement information.

And of course, you can keep the book on file for any time you need to reference the supplements contained in the book.

The Third Section

“Mass Gaining Training Programs” adds exercise to nutrition for a thorough approach to building muscle and eliminating fat from your frame. Expert Charles Poliquin, called the “world’s greatest strength coach,” wrote this section for readers of Will Brink’s book. Learn how to adjust your training program to reach your potential for increasing muscle mass and burning unneeded calories.

The Extras:

Unlike other resources in the industry that try to sell you hype, extra supplies and products, or memberships, Brink’s book is a simple, straightforward tell-all revelation of what to do and not do to reach your bodybuilding goals. This e-book is actually a collection of several goodies under a single cover. For one low price you can get everything you need to pack on the lean muscle and trim unwanted fat. The book includes extra benefits that readers will appreciate, too, like these:

* Criteria to check before buying industry products: author’s credentials, realistic, claims, and scientifically based findings.

* A three-prong approach to improving body mass, utilizing nutritional information, supplement insight, and physical training for your individual needs.

* A Members Zone option to connect to a vibrant and dynamic online community where readers of this book can share a special forum, find additional information, and exchange ideas and information regarding all aspects of bodybuilding.

The book is thoughtfully priced so that bodybuilders at the beginning, intermediate, or advanced levels should be able to afford it. Its style is clear, not too simple nor too sophisticated for readers. Will tells it like it is in terms any reader can understand. You will move smoothly from one page to the next, and from one section to the next, grasping all the essential information that has been collected for readers. You won’t have to look up a lot of words in the dictionary or check medical terms with a doctor, since Will has it all spelled out so everything is easy to understand.

Since this is an e-book, all you have to do is pay online through a secure link and download the book to your computer screen. You can then save it for later reading or references. You won’t have to find a place to keep it or worry about it growing yellow, crumpled, or mildewed over time. Getting up to speed with muscle building nutritional needs has never been better.

Summary:

There are a lot of books, products, and plans out there that claim to help bodybuilders reach their goals. Unfortunately, some are written by amateurs or hacks, and if you followed their advice, you could even hurt yourself. Others are just copies of information that has been circulating for years in the industry. Will Brink, a leader in weight training and bodybuilding, has put together a book that every bodybuilder should own. It’s easy to read, it’s affordable, and it is extremely valuable beyond anything else on the market today.

To really understand what you’re doing with your body when you weight train and follow a muscle-building diet, you need some core information that only the experts have. Will Brink has put it all together in one easy-to-get e-book. After reading the book, or even while reading it, you can visit the MBN (Muscle Building Nutrition) Members Zone website for instant support, follow-up, and ongoing source information. No other book and website package like this is available in the weight training industry today.

If you are tired of making excuses and you want to add ten to twenty pounds of muscle in the next month or two, get Will Brink’s book and start reading it today. You will be amazed to see how much you didn’t know before, and how a few simple changes can dramatically impact your bodybuilding regimen. Don’t wait any longer to get on the right track with your muscle-building routine. Give Will’s book a read to find out what a true expert in the field has to say about nutrition, supplements, and a workout plan that is specially designed for your individual needs.

I was curious about the nutrition section of the website offer.  I am really interested in the pre made diets in the Diets and Charts section, but am concerned.  It simply goes by caloric needs, but doesn't seem to take into account what your nutrient needs are in terms of %'s of fat, protein, and carbs.

If you could share some more info into that I'd consider purchasing this book/membership.  Thanks Marc, awesome review.

It's roughly:  20% protein, 50% carbs, 30% fats

You can input that into the diet planner and tweak it a bit but that's the ratio that Wil uses for the muscle building portion of the plan.

Oh so you're actually saying that you can control what percentages of what go into your diet, and the meal planner program spits it out for you?  Or do you mean all the foods on the meal planner are set to the 20/50/30 ratio?  Thanks again for the info.  I'm sitting down to watch the video again now for the third time as I'm planning on starting to bulk in about 3-4 weeks.

It's more like there are pre-made diets in standard nutrient ratios.

But you can use the manual diet planner, like FitDay, to plan out your ratios and then enter them accordingly.

The online planner doesn't do that portion for you.  The diets are pre-made (lots of calorie vareity) but if you need to adjust them.

It's very good at calculating what percentage of proteins, carbs and fats you need.  But if you wanted to adjust them, you could.  But at that point, you'd be entering your foods manually and watching the pie chart develop to ensure you were hitting your target ratios.

You can control pretty much everything and anything you want to control. You can follow my numbers or your own, or something in between, using our custom made diet planner software and other tools as marc mentions. The pre made diet are of course at a fixed ratio based on my calcs for different people and can be used, but making diets based on your specific numbers is going to get more precise numbers for you. Vid Marc made and other stuff shows it all clear enough. Good luck.
