Lmao! I did not read this..

Seriously... I have been doing this for about a week lol. I have eaten pretty much everything and anything. Also I stopped counting calories also! that is so damn funny..

Honestly I think i over analyzed everything to much.. try to eat this or that or more of this or more of that.. at 10:00 am I am the hungriest so I can actually consume the majority of my food around that time and 5:30..

Also with my dinner this is what I have been doing.. I pile up a plate full of food.. I may even stack up another plate next to it.. Then I start eating and I don't leave until I have wiped out all of the food infront of me no matter how insane the amount is lol..

I know I know.. this is totally against my ways but it really does seem to work.. I wouldn't recommend doing this too long though especially if you have problems with cholesterol.

Hell ya IBB.  It's awsome when everyday you just feel bigger and bigger.

Some hot girl at my work keeps telling me that I look 'buff' today.  I say "That's 'cause I am buff sweetheart".

Yup, she wants me.

This is coming from personal experience from an 8 month bulk.  I guess you could label me an "endomorph".

1.) Do not count calories
2.) If you're the same weight you were last week, you're not eating enough.
3.) Don't let yourself get hungry - when you think you're full, eat some more.  If you start to feel sick from eating too much, you are doing something right.
4.) Don't ever skip a meal - if the only available food happens to be McDonalds, and you haven't eaten in hours then eat McDonalds.  Eat a chicken sandwich if you must, but by all means DO NOT ORDER A SALAD.
5.) Eat stuff that is high in fat because is it calorie dense.  Peanut butter is a beautiful thing.
6.) Eat AT LEAST your bodyweight in grams of protien
7.) Do NOT shoot for 1/2 - 1 lb per week in bodyweight gain.  Pick a weight that you want to be, and do what it takes to reach that weight.
8.) I advocate healthy eating, but I do not advocate the elimination of some good old fatty weight-gain-friendly foods.
9.) LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS.  Do not waste your time doing light weight, high rep isolation stuff.  Put all your effort into squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pull-ups, rows, overhead presses, and various olympic lifts.  If you can go heavier, do so.
10.) Do not skip workouts.
11.) If you feel like your getting too fat and decide that you want to cut back a little bit, smack yourself in the face go eat a jar of peanut butter, then go squat.

These are my rules on how to build maximum muscle in the shortest amount of time.  You can agree or disagree, but they are my rules so you are not allowed to change them.

you are becoming my idol with your posts :D I am going to print this to look at for some motivation when I need

Only takes 10 weeks to drop a significant amount of bodyfat.

true but that still depends on the person and those 10 weeks can seem like hell depending on how difficult it is for u to lose body fat. also even if u can lose fat fast u dont wanna gain a lot of fat while bulking cause then u have to keep cutting (or u just get really fat)

Pimp, it's Rippetoe's routine from the book called "starting strength".

Workout A
Squat - 3 x 5
Bench - 3 x 5
Deadlift - 1 x 5

Workout B
Squat - 3 x 5
Overhead press - 3 x 5
Power Clean (or barbell row) - 5 x 3

Lift 3 days a week, alternating between workout A and B, add weight to the bar in small increments every single workout.

I'm not really powerlifting, I'm just mainly focused on getting stronger as opposed to just getting bigger/leaner.

Yes this routine would work very well for you if you wanted to gain lots of muscle mass.

NICE!!!! That's awsome, Smoundzou.  You are the man!!!

Dave, yup that's it. That really is all you need.  Less is more.  There's warm-up sets too before the working sets, and assistance work is done at the end of each workout.  I usually just do some ab stuff at the end of each workout.  It's a tough ass workout though, I tell ya.
